Red Hat Linux is a Linux-based operating system popular until its discontinuation in 2004. Red Hat Linux 1.0 was released November 3rd 1994. It was originally called Red Hat Linux business was the first distribution of Linux packaging formats, and eventually served as a starting point for several other distributions, including Mandriva Linux and Yellow Dog Linux. Red Hat Red Hat is no longer line Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux for business. Developed by the community support the Fedora Project and sponsored by Red Hat, is the best free version for home use.
